Michael and Carol had their first baby in _The Boyfriend_. There was "an accident" involving Kramer when they went to "see the Bay-Bee". That may be why there is no two year old present in _The Hamptons_.
There was two kids, maybe they left the two year old with family or friend but took the Bay-bee to show off to there friends, im sure we all know one of those people that love to show off there baby and always talk about them like they are the next Jesus.
