"The Frogger" - something's not right....

It was established on an earlier episode that George and Jerry graduated from High School in the class of '71.....The pizza parlor was their high-school hangout. So how could they have played Frogger? It didn't come out for another 10 years...

You are assuming that George and Jerry didn't fail at school.  Maybe they
clowned a lot in school and consequently failed year after year.   Perhaps they
had to repeat grade 10 for 10 years?!   :-)    Seriously though, yes you are
right, there is a timeline problem...

I too caught the too-late date of Froggers arrival- I was under the impression that they hung out there until they started going to the coffee shop (which a fe wyears ago George stated he had been going to for 8 years).

What I REALLY would have liked is if someone came in and got a higher score BEFORE George could get the Frogger out of the pizzeria !

The time question of George and Jerry's high school attendance and Frogger...

They never said in the episode that George played the game in high school. It was their high school hangout, yes, but they never said when he broke that record. It's possible he played the games in arcades and then one day was in the old neighborhood and he played Frogger in Marios.

In "The Frogger" episode Kramer is reciting the list of alternative names the police wanted to call "the lopper". One of them was funnier that the lopper, it was noggin remover or something. Anyone remember?

The person who posted the address was something like Lee or something...

They also said that they've known each other since 4th grade (maybe in "The Betrayal," I don't know, the eps blend in my head), but, in "The Outing," they tell the NYU reporter that they met when George was rope-climbing in gym in high school and he fell on Jerry's head as he was holding the rope--"and we've been together ever since."

The writers ought to hire members of this NG as "continuity consultants"--I remember Jerry's and George's lives better than my own! :-)

That's true for many of us, myself included. Aren't we so sad? I cannot remember what day of the week it is half the time, but I know the in's and out's of Seinfeld! My husband and I filled out a Seinfeld trivia quiz last week to win a party at this restaurant and we were talking about how easy it was. Then I realized that it was probably the only show that I knew that many details about and it probably wasn't easy to everyone else that didn't watch the show religiously.

Writers come and go on Seinfeld so they can be forgiven. But you would think the actors could remember.

Yea. Did they hang out around the pizza place in their late 20's???
