It was a rerun. The title escapes me...I think it might've been "The Mail Boycott" or something. Kramer didn't want to receive his mail, Jerry's childhood friend Fragile Frankie Mermon got him a van, George's parents cut him loose so he went out with his cousin, and Elaine dated the goofy Wiz from the Nobody Beats the Wiz ads.
