FDR

Kramer's friend who sells (hot dogs or roasted nuts? I believe it's hot dogs) in the park and who went on a drop-dead wish ping-pong with Kramer (that reverse-event episode with Sue Ellen's flop marriage in India):

Did FDR appear in any other episode? I suspect he did: was it him in the one where George lies to the Crosses about leasing a house in the Hamptons? There's a street scene where George is yapping nonesense to a hot dog seller and the Crosses are walking by and see George but George either doesn't see them or is pretending not to (which??) and the hot dog seller goes:"Are you going to buy a hot dog or not?": was that FDR?? And did FDR make an appearence in The Finale?? I don't remember...

Yes, but it's not known if his name was spoken in that episode.
