Fans discuss which main characters have siblings and whether they appear on the show, identifying Elaine's sister Gail, Jerry's sister, and cousin Jeffrey.

Elaine must have a sibling (sister?), since she has a nephew who saw a flash of nipple in her Christmas card.
Elaine does have a sister. There was a brief reference to her at the beginning of "The Airport". Jerry and Elaine were returning from a stay in St. Louis and Jerry was commenting on how their trip worked out well; he just finished a show there and Elaine got to spend some time with her sister.

Elaine has a sister Gail. She had visited her in "the Airport"...I think she lives in St.Loius??? Am I right? Is that where Jerry and her were returning from? As far as I know...she has never appeared in the show.
Jerry has a sister...he mentions her in "The Chinese Restaurant", when he's afraid that his lying to uncle Leo will spread thru the whold family. Never appears as far as a I know. Also cousin Jeffrey who works in the Parks Department.
George has a brother...mentioned when George is telling Elaine that his whole family never pays for parking. Also hasnt appeared (?)
Kramer...has a deaf cousin! (The lip Reader) That's why he knows Sign Language!
