Who has the most fashion sense out of all of the characters on Seinfeld? Kramer? Elaine? George? Jerry? Mr. Costanza? Mrs. Costanza? Mr. Seinfeld? Mrs. Seinfeld? Pittman? The late Susan? Newman? Any other character, even if on for one episode?
