Jake Jarmel is a L.A. cop in "The Keys Pt. 2"?

The two-part episode of "The Keys" was on the syndication rotation this past week and I noticed that the guy who played Jake Jarmel was one of the cops that Jerry and George rode with when they were looking for Kramer. It was him, wasn't it? Any other actors recycled in different parts on the show?
