Has Jerry Seinfeld's alter-ego Kel Vernsen, which was revealed in the Puerto Rican Day episode, been used in any past episode of Seinfeld?

yup, in "The Boyfriend". When he answers the phone, he's suppose to say that he's working for Vandelay Industries, and he answers the phone and says his name is Kel Varnsen.
