I suppose you've all mentioned her already, but IMO, the best actor who went on to other things is the glorious Maggie Wheeler, who, as The Annoying Janice scored so memorably in Friends. Her laugh [address] quote: "HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!" Sure, Janice is a knockoff of the Nanny, but it she does it so well. I hope we see much more of Wheeler on T.V.,with or without the voice.
What about the girl who played the virgin on the episode where Elaine meet JFK,jr. She now plays on Frasier...

The guy who played George in "The Pilot" played Ellen's cousin Spence in Ellen. Sorry if I've got my cronology wrong here but UK programme schedulars have not concept of time so I only assume he did Ellen after Seinfeld.
When they pull that needle out I let the expletives fly.

She also did much more than that. Michelle Forbes is that actress' name, I believe, and she played a semi-regular role on STNG as Ensign Ro. (One of my best friends is in love with her.)
