I remember that one too. That's the episode when George peed in the shower.
"Consistency is the hobgoblin of small minds" (or something like that). Since Jerry's favorite superhero is Superman, you might want to consider the inconsistencies in Superman's saga. For instance, how did Ma Kent cut up Kal-El's baby blankets to make the "indestructible" costume?
It's funny when episodes refer to past episodes ("We had a pact!") but there's no need to sacrifice a joke just because it doesn't jibe exactly with events of long ago.
Besides, between then and now Kramer could have changed his mind.

You are correct! I also wondered the same thing. The episode when George urinated in the shower. George asked Jerry and Kramer if they urinated in the shower. Kramer said he takes baths.
I think the writers goofed.
