A rerun of an episode featured the Sunshine Carpet Cleaners, a "stuck-up, snobbish" religious cult that brainwashed Mr. Wilhelm (the same episode where Kramer put the Japanese tourists in his giant Carl Farbman drawers). Anyway, what do the carpet cleaners reference? Are they a joke about MLMs like Amway, who are also described as a religious cult?
