Is it my imagination or was the whole business of George having a crush on the Mimbo just left hanging? I thought that whole attraction to the Mimbo was rather funny.
I'm also surprised more comments on that relationship didn't make their was to the newsgroup. Does this sort of thing make guys... uneasy?

Someone posted something about the failure to follow up on George's love of the Mimbo. Also, the poster was surprised about how little commentary there has been about it on the net. (are guys a bit uneasy talking about this? -was the general question asked.)
Not at all, is my response. That subplot was the best part of the show. (Certainly far more interesting than the fact that Jerry used his computer. "Gee, he was using his computer on the show. Do you suppose he reads newsgroups??" It's a PROP, people! :-) ). The funniest scene in the whole episode was when George, mimicking the Mimbo, rotated his cap so the visor was turned to the back of his head; just like Mimbo's.
Love was the term Kramer used, but I'd say idolization would be a more accurate description.
Actually, it reminded me of the old Bugs Bunny cartoon with the bulldog and his sidekick.
