Has anyone seen Jerry do his stand up live,and what did you think? Did you feel disappointed that he didn't make you laugh as much as the show, or was he as good as you had expected. I'd be interested to know.

I saw him four years ago, and I actually enjoyed it very much. He did a lot of older material balanced with some new material that was good for a laugh. In fact, a few of the jokes he told during the stand up show appeared on "I'm Telling You For the Last Time" two years later. All in all, it was a great show, and it was cool to see him live.

seinfeld is a brilliant comic. his 1980's standup special had me in tears. his most recent special was not as good but had segments where i couldn't breath from laughing so hard. it's amazing seinfeld can ring such big laughs out of "fairly shallow observations." observational humor gets no respect because so many insipid comedians do it but seinfeld does it right.

But actually he gathered the bits from his show....so funny but some are Deja-vu....
