i noticed tonight that the name of the bra concern at which gs applied for work is e. de granmont. you dont need a dirty mind to read "granmont" as shade casting balloons. alas, no such detailed care was expended to cast an appropriately bosomed woman in the role of ms de granmont.

I'm not literate in the French language, but doesn't "gran" - actually, grand, as in Grand Prix - mean "big?" And "mont" is French for "mountain," right? Possibly a subtle reference to "big mountains" (or lack thereof) in Ms. De Granmont's (ahem) "chestal" region? (Picture me trying to delicately dance around this description, just as Jerry did with his discussion of "shrinkage" with Elaine.)

I think that's what Ms. Darcy was implying.

But there is no French language as such. They all speak perfect English, but when any foreigners are around, they start speaking in a gibberish of their own devising, so as not to have to deal with said foreigner, especially if that person is American.
