This I would call vandalism.

It's usually treated by the cops as "unauthorized use of a motor vehicle."

Add George urinating in the showers at the gym -- it was against the rules, as well as the guy (damn! can't think of his name right now) who didn't wipe down the machines after using them....

I seem also to remember an episode where Elaine and Newman kidnapped a dog and drove it out to the suburbs because the dog was barking all night and keeping Elaine up. I think Newman was even arrested.

Don't forget the one other episode in which he did this: He told a security guard he was "Dr. Cosmo Kramer, Proctologist" and nodded toward his "ASSMAN" personalized plate...
