An hour and a half of silver-screen Seinfeld would mean there would have to be a linear plot. Would it work? I would have to say a big NO. But that wouldn't stop anybody from trying to make a movie.
I guess we'll have to wait until 2020 when they make a revival movie like they did with the Brady Bunch. Whole different cast, of course. Elijah Wood could play Jerry.
jerry said there would be no Seinfeld movie. I hope he freezes the rights to it.

Woody Allen never seems to need much of a plot. Seinfeld is great as a show depicting eccentric characters at their funniest. Why not a little plotting--like Jerry, George and Kramer starring in a new tv series. Intersperse it with a lot of the one-liners and great slapstick moments we have grown to love over the years. Yeah. Seinfeld was used to having various sub-plots upon sub-plots and a movie like this could be pretty good if somebody, (maybe or maybe not Larry David) writes a really good script. The movie could be either before or after the trial, maybe shows us the early years of Seinfeld or show us what happens after Jerry and company get out of jail and what would happen to them.
