Hi! I was watching an old episode of Seinfeld where George's red shirt had been ruined by a lady who spilled chocolate on it, but George insists on showing her what she did to the shirt by wearing it in front of her (still full of chocolate).
But, when Susan picked out a red shirt for George to wear, he said it was "too flashy", and Jerry said "It's burning my retina!"!
Doesn't that suggest that George does not usually wear bright red shirts, even though he was very insistant on pointing out that one such shirt was spoiled?
If someone could explain this, I'd appreciate it! If this was pointed out before, I'm sorry! I missed it!
