airport gambling

Hello I was wondering if anyone can recall an episode in which gambling takes place on the arrival times of flights at the airport. I don't ever remember seeing this episode. Can someone give me details on what was going on and who was involved? I ask because I was writing a screenplay in which airport gambling occurs, unaware that it had already been covered. Someone told me it happened in an episode of Seinfeld. Looking for as much detail as possible so if you could supply me with ep. name (& number??) and where I might read a synopsis or script of the ep. Thanks for your time and trouble Mike

J & G & E were due to arrive and their shinanigans on the plane affected the arrival time of their plane which invalidated a bet that Kramer had won from the Texan.
