VCD question

I have not seen a VCD play in a DVD player or on a computer. Do they playback at full screen or are they (I am talking about all VCDs) something like 320 by whatever size? Thanks.

most of them play in full screen. i recently downloaded the harry potter movie and it came out full screen, with just the black stripes on the top and bottom.

It all depends how you create them. The Seinfeld series I am creating looks like this...

You can change some of the properties but using these settings I burn my VCD's and watch them on my TV (with my VCD compatible DVD player) and they are almost VHS quality. Any better of quality would be way too large and these are plenty good until the DVD's are released (if ever)
