No it's not.

Rachel is a 35 year old school teacher who has no man in her life and lives with her mother. When a man from the big city returns and asks her out, she begins to have to make decisions about her life and where she wants it to go.

Rochelle Rochelle is a parody of foreign films that use gratuitous nude scenes to keep men from falling asleep when they're watching the film with their girlfriends.

I was there in 1993 with two girls from Montreal. The Belarus people in charge of us left us alone in the city two days before we were supposed to take the train to Belgium cause their contract was over. Neither of us knew a single word in Russian and we had to get to the Canadian embassy by ourselves. That's my memory of Minsk.
