Mimi (from the Drew Carey show) was on Seinfeld tonight in the handicapped episode. She looked different, but she was the one who explained to Jerry how the handicapped woman's battery ran out and she rolled down the ramp.
BTW, the Drew Carey show is pretty funny, and has the potential to become a great sitcom
