To answer the ORIGINAL question...There was a friend of Jerry who was called John Drake (I forget his real first name, but it doesn't matter.) For some unexplained reason the gang reffered to him as the "Drake". The real- estate mogul Donald Trump is sometimes referred to as "The Donald". I don't know why or how this expression came to exist. But that is what's going on in the Seinfeld episode.

During the 100th episode, it showed a real young Kramer yelling at the camera, and then he started crying. Does anybody know what episode that was?
