Just a silly thought. Did Jerry and George attend... JFK Jnr. High-School -or- JFK Junior-High-School ?

You're not serious, are you? Well, let's think about this. When Jerry and George would have been high school age, JFK was a recently assassinated, very famous, well loved president. JFK Jr, his son, was only a small boy. Who do _you_ think they would have named a school after?

Jerry and George attended the school in 1971! - I do not think one could say JFK was RECENTLY assassinated eight years after the Dallas event.
Not by everyone, or those that done the dirty deed, nor most of the Texas community. He was warned repeatedly that he would meet opposition there (little did they know).
Not sure. What are the rules for naming schools in NYC? I thought numbers were preferred. Like PS132. So why not a lot of letters too - JFKJNR?
