The Costanzas (in their usual paranoia) have a panic attack about their old age ...how George wont look after them ...and so decide to invest in their future ..in a company that they beleive will bring them steady financial security ...
So, they invest in KrAmerica ....which unknown to Kramer ..still exhists on the American stock exchange ...who cant reach him because Kramer gave a false name ..yes ....it was Newmans!
Now, through a cruel twist of fate ...this non-existing and non-trading company happens to have a huge amount of luck ....and the Kastanzas become millionars .....
So, George ...suddenly discovers he has parents :)
Kramer becomes very upset .....yes ....he had forgotten that he had invested KrAmerica on the stock exchange (remember the secretary he had hired was doing all the work for him) ...
KrAmerica becomes the biggest company in America :) Infact the only persons not investing in it are Jerry and Elaine and George (who is trying to scam it off his parents for free - in their will)
Suddenly Kramer is the new Bill Gates BUT wait ....Newman discovers it is all under HIS name ....
So, they all end up in court!!!

the Costanzas put a restraining order on George :)
Jerry and Elaine go for a justice of the peace! [potential wedding bells?]
It ends in absolute comotion at the centre of which is Kramer of course ... through various plots .....Jerry and Elaine call it off last minute ...
the Costanzas will only give George the money if he gets married !
So, he rushes back to the Latvian Orthodox Church ....to pray for guidance ....
and i havent got time to finish the plot ....
so ....
