OH, wait a minute...what's that up on the upper left hand corner of his screen? That isn't FREE AGENT. It looks like...yes...he's using AGENT, the retail (and better) version of FREE AGENT. I guess subtle differences like that are lost on those who are quick to correct... Oh, and ANOTHER thing......serenity now ;-)
