taping seinfeld

Does anyone tape seinfeld like me? I have 6 video tapes of Seinfeld, dating back to the second and some first season episodes. It's my archive I call "Seinchives". I'm up to Seinchive7. Think it might be worth something one day...

yeah, I tape them too, I had about five tapes, I tried to keep them and all the xfiles on, but I couldn't keep track, so I gave them all the bumrush and quit.

Yep, I tape 'em too. I number them: Seinfeld1, Seinfeld2... ect. My pride and joy are the two T-160 tapes which are 8 hours long each. I'm up to Seinfeld6 now I think.

Yes, I have all 133 episodes from seasons 1-7 on tape for a total of 9 6 hour tapes (with the exception of the special 100th episode which I don't particularly want because it's just footage from the previous shows taken out of context.). With commercials omitted, you cangn get about 16 on a 6 hour tape. I will tape a few of them over because some of them were taped for me and the endings were cut into a little bit. Of course, they were taped on Extended Play to cram them all on 9 tapes. I have begun Tape 10 with this season's premiere.

not only have i started to tape every episode (new ones & the ones in syndication) but, I have composed an extensive cataloging system for my collection, including Episode titles, original air dates, synopsies, notable guest stars, and notable quotes. the most disturbing part of this whole process for me was how easy it was to conjur up notable quotes verbatim for each episode.

Sure do Warren! I think I am up to tape number 14 or 15!!! Quite a collection and if I am home with friends and we have nothing to do...the old Seinfeld videos go down a real treat!!!

I've been taping Seinfeld for over 4 years now and I have every episode on tape.... I'm on tape 16 and haven't been out of the house on a night that Seinfeld has a first run episode in 4 years!

glad to see i'm not alone in my obsession. this season kicked off my 15th tape and i've got every episode on tape. no need to watch the syndicates anymore!
