I live in New Zealand and I sent away to Arlen Miller in late 1995 for the Seinfeld bloopers tape. He was advertising the tape in this newsgroup. The tape took a couple of months to reach here. The tape has two ~30 minute segments of bloopers and segments from the shows but the sound and picture quality is not great. Caveat Emptor but good luck anyway.
