Was the reason Frank created this holiday was that he didn't want to celebrate Christmas? If so, that would be a major inconsistency with his Catholic beliefs. I know there's a past episode that made light of his membership in the Knights of Columbus which is a staunch Catholic organization. Christmas and Easter are the year's biggies in terms of Catholic celebrations.
