Does Elaine say this? If so, to who and what is the episode name? A friend and I racked our brains on this one.

This was from the episode where Jerry and Elaine both missed sex and decided to do it while preserving the friendship and ended up having to have sex to SAVE the friendship..
This was from the episode "The Deal"...an episode I'm not too fond of...
I think it's actually Water he needs...who "needs" air?
