Wade Penner (some guy he's not famous or anything) has posted a page with Canadian references in Seinfeld. I and a few others have sent him additions and it is not as complete as I can think.

Well, if you were anything like Tanaka, the Canadian Parlaiment
reference and Kramer only liking the CFL would have set you off
somehow. There'd already be a petition circulating to ban the episodes.
