i think most seinfeld viewers are familiar with the cape fear remake with deniro and not the original with mitchum. i especially loved bernard herrman's score during the scene. cape fear was his last score as he passed away after completing the film.

Really?? I thought it was hilarious.
I agree! I cracked up at the "Jerry" and "Hello" written on Uncle Leo's knuckles (instead of "love" and "hate"), and especially loved Leo's stunt double's (Leo's stunt double--that sounds pretty strange!) chiseled back and "Brentano's" bloody knife tattoo.
Also, on another note, it was good to see the indignant "Rebecca De Mornay" make another appearance.
