Fans discuss which character says "ALL-right" dejectedly and walks out, with debate over whether it's George or Jerry, and a reference to Jerry's capitulation scenes in "The Soup" episode.
Forgive me if this is obscure, but there is an episode (maybe more than one) in which George on several occasions says dejectedly, resignedly, "ALL-right," and turns and walks out of the room. Anyone?
The reason I ask is that this has become a bit of a catch phrase in my social circle, and no one is quite sure why.

Jerry says this a lot--usually in response to someone like Newman or Bania when he has to capitulate on an issue e.g. whether "soup & sandwich" at the coffee shop constitutes the equivalent of a "nice dinner at Mindy's" (in exchange for an Armani suit). ("Soup's not a meal!")

Not sure of the episode title, but this is from the one where George has one girlfriend who won't let him break up with her ("break up beyond a reasonable doubt", and another who looks like a carrot ("she's too tan"). Hope that helps.
