Well, I think the best example of Jerry's unique delivery was in "The Cafe". He really shined in this episode with such lines as: "It was a mad house!" <waving arms and making scary faces> "Bazooka Joe!" <pulling his turtle neck sweater over his nose> ...not to mention all the interaction with our beloved Babu. -Ro
I agree - I think that was the funniest. Makes me laugh just to think about it.
Also liked..."I don't wanna be a cowboy"!
S.
Are you sure it wasn't "I don't wanna be a PIRATE!" He made this statement when he realized he was going on TV wearing the puffy shirt, which, as Kramer pointed out, made him look like a pirate.

JW
"Have you BEEN to the Division of Motor Vehicles lately? Cuz it's a LEPer colony down there." [discussing with Elaine what percentage of the population is "dateable."] kAThrYN
What I liked (from the same Pirate Shirt Episode):
Low Talker: YOU BASTARD! Seinfeld: Now, THAT I heard. (while pointing up/eyebrows up)
Very funny stuff. Very intelligent. I almost die when I watch this show because I'm laughing so hard.
Oscar
It was when Kramer takes Jerry's sneakers to the mom and pop shop and all he has left is a pair of cowboy boots.
It's gotta be:
"Just let me finish my coffee!!.... Then we'll go watch 'em slice this fat bastard up!"

Jerry does say that he doesn't want to be a cowboy in the Jon Voight
episode. (He has to wear the cowboy boots because Kramer takes all his
sneakers to mom and pop. ["I really don't wear the kinds of shoes that
have to be cobbled..."])
And yes, he says it in the Puffy shirt episode. He also says: "But
I don't WANNA be Switzerland!" in response to Kramer telling him that
he's going to have to keep the Risk board game in Jerry's appartment to
keep it away from Newman.
I think there's another one somewhere but I can't think of it right
now... Doh!Rob :)
No, Sean's right. He's talking about when Kramer was concerned a "ma and pa" shoe store was closing down so he took Jerrys sneakers to drum up some business. Hence Jerry was left with nothing to wear except cowboy styled boots. Someone commented the boots made him look like a cowboy. Thats where the line came in "I don't wanna be a Cowboy"
