I just arrived home from a dinner in the city and watched the episode of 'Seinfeld' which aired on Channel Ten Sydney, Australia, this evening (11th July, 1996) - 'The Soup Nazi'!
After all the chat I have read in this newsgroup it was great to finally see this particular show.
The verdict? A classic! The best scenes in the episode were when George gave Jerry a taste of his own medicine by being 'schmoopie' with Susan at the cafe and Elaine's 'Get out!' which sent Kramer crashing through a doorway. The final 'Next!' from Elaine was just perfect.
The tape just finished playing on my vcr so these thoughts are fresh.
"Seinfeld' back on form just when I was beginning to think it was becoming too formulaic.
