"Drew Carey's" Kate In Last Night's Episode

In the never-ending search for supporting characters in other sitcoms who have had bit roles on "Seinfeld", let it be noted that Christa Miller, who plays Kate in "The Drew Carey Show," appeared as George's girlfriend, Paula (the one who didn't care if he draped himself in velvet), in last night's syndicated rerun (the one where Jerry gets fleas, sorry, I don't remember the title).

I now await the flood of responses from all the geniuses out there who "spotted this instantly" and can't believe how obtuse I am for not having known it from the first second that she made her appearance. I imagine that, if I posted a cure for cancer here, some Einstein would write, "It took you THIS long to figure that out?"

Christa Miller also played the bra-company executive whose sleeve material George felt, after his successful interview to work at the bra company. She flipped out and insisted he not be hired.

Interesting. I kind of have a thing for Miss Miller (Mrs. Miller?). She's one of those "generic" pretty actresses who pop up in many sitcoms these days. Maura Tierney, who plays Lisa in "NewsRadio," also comes to mind.
