Three years ago, I lost an expensive new shirt. Thought I lostst it at the laundromat.

A few weeks later, I saw the laundry attendant WEARING my sshirt. It was distinctive in design and color. I went up and accuseed her of swiping it from the lost items bin, which sh denied.

Yesterday, I was cleaning out my son's absurdly overloaded closet. At the bottom was the missing orange shirt.

Of course, the woman no longer works at the laundry, so I can't apologize. She, wherever she is, will always think of me as the monster who publicly accused her of stealing an orange XXL Arizona Jean Co. shirt.

At least i have the shirt back.///mike///excuse my stutttttering 2886

I had a funny "Seinfeld" moment recently too. My husband & I were at the grocery store, and this couple that we had never met before came up & started talking to us. After 30 seconds of conversation they invited us to their wedding, gave us their phone numbers & wanted to be our best friend!! We were in shock....later they kept calling & wanting to do stuff....It was really bizarre & we thought it sounded just like a Seinfeld Episode!!

Actually, it is a Wings episode from a couple years ago, or at least pretty similar...no wedding, they were already married, but otherwise...

The genius of Seinfeld is it captures the bizarre events of our lives and makes them entertaining for all. There are so many sitcoms that do crazy shit that just doesn't ring true or is the least bit funny.

I had a Seinfeld moment of my own the other day...I was on the trolley when a beautiful woman initiated a conversation with me about Clinton's campaign contribution controversy. She seemed intelligent and seeing as how nobody ever says anything on the trolley I made harmless small talk. Then she asked me where I got the newspaper I was holding...I told her I purchased it at the platform. This was quite a revelation to her! I could just see George or Jerry in the same situation...
