No, I am so sorry, the correct answer is MOOPS. I am from Wales as a matter of fact! I am living in Germany right now, and have been for a year, because I work here with my girlfriend. She is not from England or Wales, she is from Greece, but also works Germany. She did however aquire two degrees in England.
