the scene where the library cop first meets Jerry is one of the funniest things i have seen on tv....great shit.....

I totally agree, it's one of my favorite episodes . The part where he goes to Jerry's apartment and lectures him is so funny that if you watch Jerry it seems like he's trying his hardest not to laugh because the guy is sooo serious..."Listen, Joy Boy!"

Those of us who've already seen the episode could, but it was my impression that at least one person in this thread has not seen it.
The dialogue is great, but IMO the delivery contributes as much to the humor as the actual words...
