Newmania

I guess we will never know how Newmania (Newman's millenium party) will turn out. Does anyone recall if he and Kramer decided to combine their party efforts for that night?

Remember one of them had the party on December 31, 1999, and the other on December 31, 2000. 12/31/2000 is the real millenium party and I believe that was Kramers. I vaguely remember Kramer telling Newman that his party was one year early. I don't remember much more than that though.

We should bombard NBC with letters asking them to do a special on that day about the Newmanium party!

Figures. Newman can't get the mail out either. All of us real snobs know that it starts on January 1, 2001. Because there was no year 0, all centuries start with the ending year 1.

But what will Jerry do? If he's Jewish, then the year is about 5386 or something. If Elaine is Catholic, she has to subtract six days I think. George, being whatever he is, will complain about organized society needing to decide on the proper day. Kramer will just do a double-take and bolt for the door.
