Maestro at Frank's House

Did anyone notice the look Maestro gave Estelle Costanza after he told her she had been a 'most gracious hostess'? Maestro, Frank and Kramer had just been playing pool in George's old room and when Maestro was leaving he said his goodbyes and walked out the door, as he did this, he turned back and gave Estelle a very weird look. Have a look at it and i'd like to hear any comments.
