Why the fascination with George's religion? It seems to me this was addressed in an episode in which George considers converting to Judaism to keep a woman. I'm not sure it is ever spelled out what his religion is, but I'm certain he is not Jewish. Frank and Estelle have stereotypical mannerisms of New York Jews, but the name Costanza is most likely not a Jewish name.
