i dont remember the episode, but for my money, the hands down best line is:
George: "You're Batman!"
Kramer: "Yeah, yeah, I am Batman!"
If I'm not mistaken, this is just after Kramer recounts the story of how he stopped a mugger on a moving city bus while still making all the stops. Pretty funny stuff.
