Your Logical Error #2

This addresses the issue of whether this newsgroup is checked by the show's writers. Yes, it could be, but just because questions posed here are answered in the show eventually does not guarantee the fact that the writers check the newsgroup.

This is an error of logic of the form

If A --> B is true, then If B--> A must be true as well.

If the writers checked the newsgroup, then they would answer questions. So, if questions are answered, then the writers must read the newsgroup? NO.

If it is raining, there are water in the air. (true) So, if there are water drops in the air, it must be raining. (FALSE-sprinkler maybe, etc.)

I still say it's the other way around. After the shows are written and/or filmed, someone involved with the show seeds this newsgroup with a discussion that goes on until (coincidentally?) the question is answered by a recent show.

I understand what you are saying, but as much as I'd like to agree with you, it just can't be.

The discussion of George and Elaine's religion dates back over two years ago. So, while this does not prove that someone connected with the show isn't poking around here starting threads, it does give you one of many examples of questions that have been answered that were asked well before the episode was filmed. Other examples would be: Delores name; Who won the contest; Franks ethnic and religous background...
