When Jerry says: "I think that's what killed Curly", is that a reference to the movie "City Slickers"?

I think over 150 million dollors gross revenue might constitute some pop culture? I mean ALOT of people saw that movie, and there was a sequal that grossed over 40 million.

I don't recall stating in my post that the line came from the movie City Slickers. I was just merely stating that the movie City Slickers, might be a small part of Pop Culture.

The Heart Attack premiered April 25, 91. City Slickers premiered June 7th, 91. To suggest that 2 months after the release of City Slickers, Larry David et al. are referencing City Slickers over the more likely Three Stooges, is a rather weak argument. Furthermore the, "I think thats what killed Curly" lane fits in precisly with Curly's charcter being played by 3 different people; as the 1st Curly suffered a stroke.

Amazingly this as been answered before.
