Looking at the BBFC wesbite today, I notice the first couple of pieces of material from the Season 4 DVDs passed through their hands on 24/02 - Deleted Scenes and a Regis & Kathy Lee Parody.
IIRC the Seasons 1-3 material began going through the classification process in August last year, prior to the November release.
