Kramer seems to get a lot of physical problems, some more esoteric than others:
Water in the ear from swimming (The Finale) Craggy skin and yellow/brown teeth from constant smoking (The Abstinence) Cough, similar to one that Smuckers the dog had (The Andrea Doria) Loss of taste buds from fumigation in Jerry's apartment (The Doodle) Over-reaction to novocaine (The Jimmy) "Cooked" himself in butter when sunbathing (The Butter Shave)

When I teach intro psych I actually use that episode as an example of contralateral neglect. They haven't done it quite right, but its not bad :-).
