Kramer accidentally burned the Puerto Rican flag and the puerto rican community in NY put up a big stink and protested in front of the NBC building in New York. NBC never re-ran it. I heard it got sold in syndication but so far, it has not been aired, at least not in the US. I think Jerry said that one of the Puerto Rican community's leaders criticized the ep without even seeing it.
