Well, almost a day has gone by now, and only number 4 has been answered fully correct. I will post answers tomorrow if no-one gets them before that....good luck. (other answers have been close...but you wouldn't get any Cubans for them :) )

1.  BL = Beautiful Lineswoman.
2.  BBO = Beyond Body Odor.
3.  The bell tolls for you. (I can't place the quote.)
4.  Not enough info to answer question.  I could easily say "it" was in
