That's the one. I remember that Kramer discovered the electrical problem in the ceiling of the mom and pop's shoe store when his head was tilted back stopping the flow from his bloody nose. And since he had given all of Jerry's athletic shoes to them, Jerry was wearing cowboy boots, a la Jon Voight's character.
