Chinese restaurant, George to person who won't get off pay phone, "We're trying to have a civilization here!"...... Monk's, George tells of his plan to combine food, sex and watching TV. Jerry says "Some of us are tryng to have a civilization here"
George said, in "The Chinese Restaurant," "We are LIVING in a SOCIETY." He said this again, or a close variation, in a later episode. Anyone remember what ep/scenario? I know it wasn't the episode you mentioned.

There are several episodes where George says, "You know we're living in a society here!" It's my favorite George line. He says it in "The Limo" when the guy won't give him the time - "There's a clock over there." He also says it in "The Chinese Restaurant" when he can't get the phone. There are a few other times as well.
